So, Mrs Theresa May has moved into No. 10 and hitched her engine on the UK train. Boris Johnson will be out on his bike next Monday to attend the EU Foreign Ministers meeting. He will be the first Brexiteer minister to arrive in Brussels. Some disgruntled EU ministers are licking their mouths already at the prospect of ripping into him.
Various EU officials have been sending congratulatory messages to Mrs May. Some of them have asked her to invoke Article 50 ASAP.
