Default 6 months experience in the first 2 years

Is there 6 months experience in the past 2 years requirement to certify an aircraft within the first 2 years after the type endorsement on Part 66 B1 license?
Training carried out in 2017...endorsed in 2017.

    Thanks.

Default Re: 6 months experience in the first 2 years

The requirement is 6 months in the last 2 years or have met the requirements to be issued the approval in the last 2 years. So no need for the 6 months in the first 2 years.

However, at 2 years + 1 day you won't meet the latter requirement so won't be able to certify unless can prove six months in the last 2 years.
I'm a very persuasive person. I can convince myself of anything.
