Thumbs down What’s happen8ng at BHX Hangar?

Another Check Manager (CM) is believed to have put their notice in? 😑 We lost a very experienced CM recently who had all the cover up to B787. To Norwegians’ benefit. Now an equally qualified CM who “looks after the Flybe” lines of maintenance is believed to have thrown the towel in? Are management bothered? Will they do anything to stop the drain of highly qualified and experienced Licenced Engineers? What do the customers say? 🤦‍♂️

Movement of personnel and managers may be caused by any number of good or bad reasons. What matters to the business is the ability to recruit / appoint a suitable replacement. The business may also need to review the reasons given for leaving. If a high or frequent turnover of staff / managers is evident, senior management and the owners of the business may need to question the internal policies and procedures giving rise to such defections.
    I love this job

So the "Boy Wonder (Blunder)" from LTN, "Squadron Leader " from BHX and the "Obese Autocrat " can't use a pen and paper or simple calculator?? Obviously it must be someone elses fault!! Contract Engineers are hard to source as it is without treating them like this and the name ofMAEL gets even muddier. Hope you lads and lasses find new positions soon. Heard TUI at LTN are paying £23/hr......fill your boots at a reputable company
