I assume you mean "bought", and you are probably right. However, what has to be considered in all this is that the AMS grade is not part of the general ENF. It is a TMG grade in all but name and as a result, they will be treated as such. So for now, I don't think the OCG contract will be forced on the general (London baed) community. Others may not be so lucky.

Had a briefing from our union rep today and, yes, all new starters will be on the new OCG contract AND ON THE NEW PAY SCALES!!

This now means that an existing B1/2 engineer will now be on £4500 less than a new joiner!?
    nice

Hmmmmmm....... and have less leave, flexible shift rostering, less paid bank holidays, less sickness pay, more annual hours which equates to less hourly rate, overtime at flat rate and a lower rate, etc etc, etc. Be careful before you sell your sole to the devil................and see “who is joining” ???

Rumours abound about the number of staff interviewed ( 50-70 seems to be the consensus) and the number offered or accepting the deal , with no more than 4 accepting the deal , if the rumours are true ................
    B737,757,767 , A320/330/340 ........ And several bars .....

It would “appear” the recruitment plan is not going too well?? Lots of recruitment going on; Boeing, EasyJet, SRT, American, MAEL, Flybe.......etc etc and the contract rates are going vertical So what makes Budgie Airlines stand out.........
