Moving to belfast?

Ive heard rumours Aer Lingus are moving some if not all maintainance to belfast international. any truth in this? Ive seen some of the old hangars getting refurbished so it looks like someone will be moving into there.

Be careful if you go to Belfast, the all day breakfast in Ikea finishes at 11:00am......

More IKEA food tips: They have good hot dogs/frankfurter sausages. Little sausages only 50p (still longer than usuall hot dog sausage from a can & much tastier). A good complement to the free tea and coffee.

Just rumors! no truth to them. From Sunday night, there will be 2 aircraft based in BFS, but the maintenance on these will be done in DUB....just like the a/c that are based in ORK, SNN, LHR. They just rotate and fly back to DUB when its A-Check time and a different aircraft takes its place. The transits/pdi's are done by the crew up there, the engineers are on stby if needed. They are there to do any maintenance during the day/log book snags and will do the ramp 1 inspections at night. A330 A-Checks are done in aer lingus' own hangar in SNN.
