Permamant staff annual salary:almost 50000RMB= 7500USD
Other benefits:some assurances in law(kept by the govern, return if you need), traffic fee, environment allowance no more than 2000USD per year.
Additional comments: 8days annual leave. 3 domenic flight tickets per year, and 3 for foriegn every 2 years for free, only direct family.
Besides we have more expensive flat 2500RMB=350USD per Month.
